  • Pioneering unit in developing Vietnamese specialty coffee since 2016: picking 100% red ripen cherries; fully-washed pre-processing, honey, natural; drying rigs in a greenhouse. The product won top 5, top 4 rank in the first two specialty coffee competitions in Vietnam.

Raw materials are selected from farm at gardens with 700m high, picked up ripen cherries .

Processed honey or fully washed method, drying on net in greenhouses.

Simexco selects large-size beans on sieve 16 and 18.

Removing black and brown beans, defected beans (through color sorter), polishing (as required by roaster)


Cupping profiles : clean cup, good body, fruity, nice acidity, dark chocolate, uniform, SCA scores 76/100

Raw materials are selected from gardens at over 700m high from sea , pick up ripen cherries.

Applied Gold Honey processing method.

Simexco selects large-size beans on sieve 16 and 18,

Removing black and brown beans, defected beans (through multi color sorter), then continue removing defected beans by hand.


Cupping profiles: tropical fruits, Full body, caramel,milk chocolate, sweet, … SCA scores 80/100

From materials selected from gardens over 800m high , take out green cherries (hand-picked).

Natural processing method , fermenting fruits, dry slowly on net trusses, 100kg mirco-lot.

Simexco selects size over screen 16 and 18.

Remove brown beans, black beans (via multi color sorter), then continue to remove defects beans. (manually).


Cupping profiles: tropical fruits, sweet, long aftertaste, good acidity, strong body, milk chocolate, grape, … SCA scores 83/100. Achieve Top 4 in Vietnam's specialty coffee Amazing Cup 2020.
